Authentic Hero Lab – Refund Policy

Authentic Hero Lab creates fully customized, made-to-order products based on customer selections and uploaded photos. Because each item is personalized, all sales are final.

1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

• Orders cannot be modified after they enter production.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Production & Shipping Delays

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on demand. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
